今天，DHL旗下的中國公司中外運(yùn)-敦豪國際航空快件有限公司向客戶發(fā)出通知，鑒于所有從中國（含中國香港和澳門）發(fā)出的貨物在通過所有印度港口運(yùn)輸過程中產(chǎn)生了嚴(yán)重的清關(guān)延誤。 這導(dǎo)致了印度全國各地清關(guān)港口的無法控制的排隊等待，擁堵和運(yùn)輸延遲。中外運(yùn)-敦豪國際航空快件有限公司決定“從6 月26 日起，所有從中國內(nèi)地，中國香港和中國澳門到印度的收取將暫停至2020 年7 月5 日（為期10 天），我們將根據(jù)最新情況調(diào)整，以確保從其他國家發(fā)貨的貨物不受影響。” 目前看來，中印兩國的貿(mào)易和物流已經(jīng)走在崩潰的邊緣 尊敬的客戶， Dear Customer, 當(dāng)前世界形勢的變化，給我們的經(jīng)營環(huán)境帶來了很多不確定的因素和挑戰(zhàn)。 The dynamics of the current circumstances around the world, are bringing a lot of uncertainties and challenges to our operating environment. 在過去幾天里，見證了從中國內(nèi)地，中國香港和中國澳門發(fā)貨的貨物在通過所有印度港口運(yùn)輸過程中產(chǎn)生了嚴(yán)重的清關(guān)延誤。這導(dǎo)致了印度全國各地清關(guān)港口的無法控制的排隊等待，擁堵和運(yùn)輸延遲。 Over the last few days, we are witnessing a severe lag in customs clearance for shipments originating from China, Hong Kong and Macao across all the ports in India. This has led to uncontrollable queuing, congestion and delays of shipments in our clearance ports across the country. 鑒于上述情況，從6 月26 日起，所有從中國內(nèi)地，中國香港和中國澳門到印度的收取將暫停至2020 年7 月5 日（為期10 天），我們將根據(jù)最新情況調(diào)整，以確保從其他國家發(fā)貨的貨物不受影響。 We want to ensure that shipments originating from other countries around the world are not impacted by this congestion.
